Hoje a receita é de pão de alho para fazer no forno, mas dá pra aproveitar o final de semana e chamar os amigos pra fazer aquele churrasco, regado com o azeite canábico, topa?
Ingredientes:
– 1 pão italiano ou francês
– 1/2 xícara (1 "palito") de manteiga de cannabis derretida
– 2 dentes de alho amassados
– 1 colher de sopa cheia de salsinha picada
– 1/4 xícara de queijo parmesão ralado (opcional)
Modo de fazer:
Preaqueça o forno a 180°. Corte o pão ao meio na horizontal. Misture a manteiga de cannabis, o alho e a salsa em uma pequena tigela. Passe a mistura de manteiga nas duas metades do pão e coloque em uma assadeira e deixe no forno por 10 minutos. Tire do forno e espalhe o queijo parmesão se quiser. Coloque de volta no forno na temperatura mais alta e deixe grelhar por 2-3 minutos até que o pão comece a tostar e o queijo a borbulhar. Olhe atentamente enquanto estiver grelhando pois o pão pode facilmente passar de não-tostado para queimado. Tire do forno e espere esfriar um pouco, corte em tiras finas e sirva imediatamente.
