Maconha 100% legalized na Holanda
Não sei se vocês sabem, mas a maconha não é 100% legalizada na Holanda. Lá, existe uma permissão para venda no varejo em “coffee shops”, mas toda produção que atende o atacado deste comércio é ilegal. Finalmente essa contradição esta perto de ser superada.
Esta avançando um acordo, que já agrega a maioria dos parlamentares do país, para apoiar um projeto de lei do partido liberal de centro-esquerda D66, que legaliza o cultivo de maconha na Holanda.
O projeto de lei da parlamentar Vera Bergkamp já conta com o apoio dos trabalhistas, dos verdes, do Groenlinks. Até deputados que faziam parte de um bloco de extrema-direita decidiram votar a favor da lei, de acordo com o jornal Algemeen Dagblad.
“Podemos comprar maconha, mas não podemos cultivá-la ou transportá-la, e isso não é bom”, afirmou Bergkamp à emissora pública neerlandesa “NOS”.
Se virar lei, a maconha terá que passar por testes de qualidade para ser vendida “coffee shops”. Além do controle do uso de pesticidas nas plantações, os cultivadores também vão precisar obedecer normas de prevenção a incêndios, poluição ambiental e acústica.
